Help Spade on his road to recovery

First of all, thank you for taking the time to view our campaign. Although Spade’s story is sad, it means a lot to share his wonderful spirit with you. Meet Spade, a Shih Tzu born on May 28th, 2018 who has been a blessing to our family and the sweetest dog you'll ever meet.   On Monday, May 20, 2019, we had an unfortunate incident and Spade was hit by a car. It was a truly traumatizing experience not only for him but for our family as well. 

We rushed him to an emergency specialist where we were then advised he has a fractured Ischium, in his pelvic area.

The cost of his surgery is $3,000.  We have already had to pay $2,000  for his emergency visit, initial x-rays and medications he is on. I can guarantee 100% of the funds raised will be put back into paying for his medical bills, and any follow up procedures, medications, and therapy that he will need.

Without this surgery, Spade is at risk of future complications such as arthritis and other possible fractures. He is in need of this surgery in order for him to be able to walk and eventually perform as a normal, loving dog again. 

We could not imagine our life without our beautiful dog.  In a very short time, he has created a bond with so many of our family members and friends.  Our vet says he is otherwise a very healthy boy and that getting this surgery is essential in guaranteeing him a long happy and healthy life.
