Sixteen dedicated members of the South Broward DECA Chapter have worked tirelessly for months to qualify for the Florida DECA Career Development Conference. This event is a pivotal opportunity for them to compete at the state level, with the possibility of advancing to the International Career Development Conference. For many of these students, this is a once-in-a-lifetime chance to showcase their skills, gain valuable experience, and open doors for their future careers and college aspirations.

Unfortunately, as a Title 1 school, funding such trips is always a challenge. In previous years, we relied on CAPE Funds to help cover the costs, but this year, Broward County has not released those funds in time. Without additional support, our students may not be able to afford to attend the state competition, despite all their hard work and dedication. We are reaching out to our community for help. The money raised will go directly toward conference registration, travel, and lodging for our DECA members.

Every donation, no matter the size, brings us closer to making this dream a reality for these deserving students.
