Soukky was only 41 years old and had just recently moved back to California with his mom and sister. He loved his kids deeply, and his absence will be felt in so many ways—especially when we think of his cooking, which we’ll all miss dearly. His friends knew him as someone who was always there, one way or another, ready to help or share a laugh.
He went into the hospital with medical issues and, heartbreakingly, passed away the very next day. Now, we are trying to bring his four children together in California so they can say goodbye and be with family. On top of the travel costs, we are also facing the expenses of his funeral, which is a heavy burden during an already difficult time.
Any support would mean so much to our family as we try to honor Soukky’s memory and bring his children together to say goodbye. Your kindness and generosity will help us give him the farewell he deserves and support his kids as they navigate this loss.
