Help Sophie medically transition

Hi! I'm Sophie, a 32-year-old trans woman from Liverpool, UK. In 2020 I realised I was transgender and since then I've been transitioning so I can finally live as myself.

The UK's broken trans healthcare system means I have no choice but to pay privately for the gender-affirming surgeries I need. Which is why I'm asking for your help. Any amount of financial support would help me pursue gender confirmation surgery could change my life forever.
