Im Sophia sigers

I had a major surgery on August the 27. I ran into a problem now i got hydronephrosis. Went in seen the urology now i got to have another surgery. This is going to push me back some more weeks from work.. so im in need of some help to take care of some bills n other stuff I need for my house..
