Help Save Sophia’s Sight

Our sweet Sophia — an 8-month-old Chinese Shar-Pei — needs emergency eye surgery to prevent lifelong pain and potential blindness.

Sophia was born with a serious eye condition that causes her eyelids to roll inward (entropion), causing her lashes to constantly scratch and damage her corneas. Recently, her eyes have become dangerously ulcerated and at risk of permanent corneal scarring. Without urgent surgery, Sophia could lose her vision and suffer a lifetime of painful eye damage.

This little girl is full of life — she loves playing, snuggling, and bringing joy to everyone who meets her. But right now, she’s struggling with constant discomfort and her future is uncertain without medical intervention.

Sophia’s surgery, medications, and follow-up care come with a cost we can’t manage alone. Every dollar will go directly to saving her eyesight and ensuring she can grow up healthy, pain-free, and happy.
