My name is Lisa Capone. My son passed away on 10/29/22 leaving me with his dog, Sophia. She's a great dog and brings comfort to me and helps me cope with my son's sudden passing. She senses when I'm ready to cry or feeling depressed. She will come to me put her paws on my shoulders and lick my tears. She sleeps with me and is by my side always. She's a very happy dog always wagging her tail and making me smile.

Sophia had a very dangerous/complicated surgery and is not her happy bouncy self anymore. Sophia is my crutch to help me cope. I have fallen on financial strain these past 3 1/2 yrs. and could use some help with Sophia's medical care/bills. Sophia is having complications from the surgery. Sophia is a special dog to me because she was my son's dog. If anyone could donate towards Sophia's Medical care it would be appreciated.
