We are beyond thrilled to share that Sophia Grossi has won 1st place at the National Taekwondo Championships, earning a spot on Team Canada for the 2025 Junior Pan American Games in the -63 kg category!

Not only did Sophia dominate at Nationals, but she also showcased her talent on the international stage at the Canada Open, where she fought her way to an amazing 2nd place finish against top athletes from around the world.

Sophia has been training tirelessly since the age of 7, dedicating countless hours to perfecting her skills. Her passion, discipline, and relentless drive have led her to this incredible opportunity—to represent Canada on one of the biggest stages in junior sports.
