Hi, my name is Sophia! I play roundnet competitively and it’s always been a dream of mine to play for Team Canada. On May 11-12, I competed in the Team Canada Selection Camp in Ottawa to compete for the 8 spots that were up for grabs. It was announced on June 1st that I MADE THE TEAM! I am both honoured and grateful to be able to represent Canada at Worlds in London UK this year. The sport is still growing which means there is not a lot of funding available. It would mean the world to me if you can help me out a bit by donating or even sharing this with your friends. The donation will go towards my flight and stay for the 4 day event from August 29-September 1st in London where I will be competing.
