Sophia Dale is such an amazing young woman who, in the face of a Ewing Sarcoma cancer diagnosis, has continued to shine bright and inspire us all with her strength. Please join myself, Pamela Mulfinger, her great aunt, in supporting her and the Dale family through these trying times.

Sophia is currently receiving specialized treatment at the Children’s Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. This every parent’s nightmare situation began two weeks ago after she was life-flighted to Danville following paralysis of her legs. The family spent the next week seeking answers only to receive terrible news of the diagnosis. Sophia has remained strong and beautiful throughout. Emergency surgery assisted in removing the tumor on her spine, allowing her to begin physical therapy to regain mobility in her legs. Today, she continues down this road of chemo/radiation and recovery journey.

I am starting this fundraiser to help aid in expenses accrued throughout the last two weeks, including lodging, food, and gas. We hope to raise enough money to also support the Dale family in additional financial burdens that arise as they continue to seek the best treatment possible.

Please note that the Dale family will be donating any extra money raised to charities that support children with cancer.
