Help Sonya and Stacey Rebuild After Hurricane Isaias
$2,300 raised of
My name is Heather Brocato. I am a retired hospice nurse from Navarre, Florida. I'm reaching out after the devastation of Hurricane Isaias on behalf of my sister and her family, where they live in Century, Florida. A two-hundred-plus-year-old tree fell on their mobile home during Hurricane Isaias, resulting in the complete destruction of their home. We are more than blessed that no one was injured or lost their life, including animals, during this horrific event. The result of not being able to afford hurricane or homeowners insurance is a burden they are left with. Both of their jobs are affected, resulting in a loss of their steady income for the time being. Sonya Pompa works from home, and Stacey Brocato works at Portofino Resort and Spa as a massage therapist, which relies on vacationers for work. Portofino and the Pensacola Beach area was hit hard, and only time will tell how much tourism will return to provide steady work for Stacey. As they are homeless at this time all donations will be used for housing and shelter. Any and all donations via rv, shipping container, mobile home would be greatly appreciated. During this devastating time I Sonya Pompa and Stacey Brocato have elected Stacey's sister Heather Brocato to assist us with the fundraising process.
