Help Sonny find peace of mind

Hello everyone,

I'm reaching out to those who do and don't know Sonny for any help at this time. This is a devastating time for Sonny, his family, and those that love him as we do.

Sonny was diagnosed in August with STAGE 4 metastatic non-small carcinoma lung cancer. This has been tragic news from the beginning because the life span, even with the healthiest person ending up with this, is 5 years after chemo, and that's only a 5% chance. No one beats this. After numerous conversations with family and friends, Sonny has decided not to continue with chemo. That will only make what time he has left more miserable and limited than it already is.

What we are asking from you...

Sonny is a good man. He's been there for the elderly as their life alert backup and checking on them daily for their quality of life to make sure they didn't need anything. He's been the friend you have come watch your house or animals while you're away because you know you can wholeheartedly trust him. He's that guy that'll mow your lawn because he was already mowing the one next door and wanted to help you out. That's who he is. I can name so many scenarios, but you all have your own stories. Sonny has the battle of his life before him. Let's make sure he knows he's not alone.

As Sonny decides to go on hospice, he has all the other concerns arising. How to pay his bills, and how to pay for everything when he passes. This is not comfortable for any of us to talk about, but it's necessary. If any of you can help in any way to alleviate these stresses for Sonny, it would be appreciated more than we could ever express. If you can't help financially, but you can share this on your different platforms, that's truly helping! Maybe you can pull others together to help. Those situations help SO MUCH! Sharing this out is one of the best ways to help outside of donations. Thank you all for listening and thank you all in advance for helping Sonny. He truly needs this peace of mind for himself and us. He's a worrier.
