Help Sonia Start A Life On Her Own
Donation protected
On January 8th I got a call that my Dad David had passed away from covid at home. My mom Sonia was there with him the whole time. He was in my familys life for 16 years and was my mothers rock and constant support for that time. He raised me and my brother with my mom and made us into the people we are today. He was a kind soul once you got to know him that loved cats, coffee and Transformers.
My mother lives up north currently in a house they had together but she can no longer afford to live there on her own. It's hard; her being in the house after his passing and also knowing she's had to be physically alone this whole time since I live down south and she was covid positive. We used to live in Florida and are trying to find her a home there but with expenses of traveling having been out of work because of covid and taking time off for grief, money is very tight. I can't physically be there for her at this time. But if I could take a little weight off her shoulders by helping her get a new house or pay for atleast some expenses that are coming up it would mean the world to me.
