Hello Friends, Family, Supporters, and hey, even Strangers!

We welcome anyone and everyone to help Something to Believe In, a one person show by Sarah Alice Shull, get to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in Scotland this August 2024!

The Edinburgh Fringe Festival is the world’s largest theater festival and is THE place to showcase and see the most exciting theater and artists. The opportunity to attend is special and a dream come true for Sarah Alice and her team. After a sold out, 3-night run at The Tank in Manhattan, the Fringe is the next best step for our show.

We can't wait to share our art and our work with hundreds of global theater lovers this August! With that comes expenses that we need help covering, ensuring a successful festival for our team and the show. These expenses include:

Venue Rental
Housing and Accommodations
Travel Costs
Marketing
Costumes/Props
And Unexpected Costs/Emergencies/Etc.

We are thankful for any and all support you may be able to provide. No donation is too small! We also appreciate you sharing this fundraiser with your networks and friends.

If financial support is not possible for you at this time, you can still support by following the show on Instagram @somethingtobelievein_show!

Have you ever found yourself questioning your beliefs during this time of the year? Have you ever caught yourself thinking, what does it really all mean? Or, What was it like to be in high school in 2012? Do I miss Maroon 5 as a dominant force in culture? Well do I have the show for you. Something to Believe In follows a high school senior at an all girls Catholic school in Kentucky hurtling towards graduation in the year 2012. Forced to confront the religion that raised her while simultaneously discovering the undeniable, blossoming queerness inside her soul, she asks her congregation (we mean audience) can these two pieces of a person grow alongside each other? Should they? Something to Believe In explores what it means to actually believe in something (who’d-a thunk), who "deserves”' a place in heaven, and how to build a water powered car.
