Friends and Family,

Devoted, hardworking, and selfless are words that come to mind when describing the characteristics of Jeff Urbanski. He is a man who has been defined by his role as a husband, father of six daughters, and volunteer at whichever organization he can pour his time and energy into. Unfortunately, the words that have consumed his life in recent years have all been driven by his encounters with a seemingly never-ending wave of health issues.

To this present day, Jeff is battling with many health-related issues however the one leading the charge is stage 4 Kidney Failure. It has attacked his body and created scenarios in what used to be the simplest tasks for him to do have now become increasingly difficult and painful.He is currently on a list for a transplant so we hope for that day of relief.

For Jeff to get out of bed and go about an ordinary day is tricky enough, let alone going to work. Unfortunately, that is where the catch-22 comes inToto receive his medical insurance which we desperately need at this time he has to work. Just from missing three months of work out of necessityy, we are now faced with bills and financial burdens that are drowning us.

We know many face battles and challenges of their own, and asking for help is hard, especially for a man filled with pride. Here we are though, not knowing where to turn, only knowing that the world is full of amazing people and we are at a loss. Whatever you can give would be appreciated even if it’s your words of encouragement or prayers they all matter and we will take all the love and help we can get during this season of life.
