Help someone help their mom!
Hello, my name is Alex Shehan, and I am currently struggling to support myself and my family due a few sever medical problems caused by previous work accidents and general long lasting birth issues (I.E Asthma). The goal of my GoFundMe page is to pull together enough funding to help me finally become more mobile after a move that nearly drained all of our funding so I can purchase myself a small economical vehicle and find employment that is beyond my limited walking distance. Only way is either a bus that you have to schedule a week in advance, or a neighbor who despite being older with medical issues themselves still helps every week. All money will go immediately into finding a good, reliable vehicle and any repairs it needs, anything over this will then be invested in medication, food, and general health necessities for my immediate family members.
Immediate goal of the gofundme:
Get an affordable car for medical trips in and out of city/state as well as cover the costs making the car road worthy:
-Registration
-Initial insurance payment
-Tag renewal(moving over from dead car to save a bit of money on the registration) which will have a late fee from not being able to renew it on dead car
-License renewal(expired a little over a week ago, just couldn't afford it)
Over goals:
If by an outer worldly chance this happens, all of it will go to making her life as easier as possible
-Medicine costs
-Anything medical that insurance won't cover that she needs, or could try for any chance of her life improving.
-Supplements to help improve her health
-Better, healthier food
