Hello my name is Michelle Beckford as most of you may know Jamaica is my birth place.

In the wake of the recent hurricane Melissa that struck Jamaica, countless families have been left without homes, electricity, clean water, food or access to basic necessities. Communities that once thrived are now struggling to rebuild after days of powerful winds, rain, and widespread flooding destroyed roads, houses, schools, and farms.

Entire neighborhoods were submerged, farmers crop washed away and many people have lost everything they owned.

I'm raising $5,000 to help provide essential supplies including food, clean drinking water, clothing, hygiene items, and emergency materials to families most affected by this disaster. I will purchase the items here locally in New Jersey and pack the barrels then ship them to Jamaica something that I've been doing for many years. Every dollar you give goes directly toward helping those who need it most get back on their feet.
