We are Somchai and Noy, proud grandparents to two beautiful babies and this farm was our dream. With no prior farming experience, we took a leap of faith and invested everything we had into building a new life through agriculture. Now in only our second year, that dream has been devastated.

The recent floods in Waialua at Otake Farms have completely destroyed our farm. Everything we worked so hard to build has been washed away or buried under thick, heavy mud. At this point, the damage is so severe that we haven’t even been able to access parts of the land and our home.

We lost our crops, our equipment, and our ability to continue without starting over from nothing. Every dollar we had was invested into this farm, and now we are facing the overwhelming reality of rebuilding from the ground up.

As grandparents, we hoped to build something lasting for our family and future generations. Now, we are asking for your help to get back on our feet and keep that dream alive. Your support will go directly towards emergency relief and recovery.
