Hello my name is Sol.
Im a 21 years old, disabled person- who is trying to have a chance at living a stable life. I’m in a very unfortunate situation, where I was given little to no notice by my family that I need to move out.
I was told by my grandma that I was taking up too much space….
(I live in small room, with very little things and one kitten). Without a clear reason or warning.. I was told that my help wasn’t needed anymore. I currently live with my grandma because she needed my help to clean, and shop for her needs. Since I was doing this work for her she didn’t require me to pay rent, just work for her.
My companion is the only person who is financially supporting me (we live in separate homes). He has been alongside me every weekend, commuting an hour away from his home to the valley, helping my family with groceries and home supplies. He only works one job and at times he is left with no choice but to do deliveries for our own basic needs, as well as our two pets (1 dog and one cat). I’m being asked to move out as soon as possible. I’m very sad and extremely stressed by this news, and I hope folks would be kind enough to consider helping us to kickstart the beginning of our lives.
I also want to be clear that I will be job searching so I can have an extra fort of security for me, my companion and animals. Thank you to anyone who has read our story, and considered us.
