Help Sol Avoid Eviction with His Dogs

Hey, I'm Zach, and this is for my longtime friend Sol, he is a 25-year-old amateur artist who has two dogs and has been trying to make it on his own and has for the past 2 years, but he has recently hit a hiccup in his journey. He is under threat of eviction; the past couple of months have been rough on him with mental health and toxic family goings-on. Recently, he has received a 30-day pay or quit, and we're running out of time to make this happen so he doesn't get evicted in the summer with his dogs.
