Help Sokha Stay with His Family in the U.S.

Donation protected
Our brother, Sokha, arrived in the U.S. with our parents as a refugee in 1983 to escape the Cambodian Genocide. He was born at a refugee camp in the Philippines while waiting to depart to the U.S. He was 4 months old when he arrived in the U.S. and has not left since.

Recently, he received notice of immediate removal from the U.S. for a conviction that happened over 15 years ago. It was his first and last offense. He has maintained a positive member of society and complied with his Order of Supervision.

Sokha has a beautiful wife and 3 wonderful daughters, ages 16, 14, and 6; all U.S. born. Sokha has worked hard to build a loving home for his family. He is a loved father, husband, brother, cousin, uncle, and friend.

It is imperative, for the welfare of his children, that he remain in the U.S. Being separated due to deportation will negatively cause health issues for his young children, such as increased depression, sleeplessness, and anxiety.

We’re raising funds to retain an experienced immigration attorney who can advocate for Sokha and help us navigate this difficult process. The costs are immediate and significant, but with the right lawyer, we have hope. Our family is doing everything we can to get Sokha the legal support he urgently needs.

Please consider donating or sharing; every dollar and every gesture brings us closer to keeping Sokha home.

Thank you for standing with us during this difficult time. Your generosity and kindness will make a real difference.
