I'm sofiane mansouri, originally from Algeria, I'm a permanent resident in United states of America ,exactly in chicago. working as a truck driver.My story started one night during my delivery on my way to one of my next delivery stops I met a young white lady.
she was drunk stumbling around barely keeping her self from falling over ,stopped my truck and asked her if she is ok and gently advised her that it’s dangerous to walk in the middle of the street, then a few seconds later before I get back on my way I couldn’t see her so I decided to get off the truck and check if she is not under my truck, effectively ,i went down the truck and tried to help her, because she was on her knee she couldn’t stand up suddenly she started crying and screaming, she was thinking that I want grab her and put her in my truck. Hopefully I looked to the front there was a car coming in the same direction I run to the street and stopped the driver, she was a mid-aged woman I asked her if she can give her a ride to whatever she’s heading to, told her that she is unconscious and drunk and that she's thinking that I'm going to kidnap her. The woman took her in the car and drove her. Finally went back to my truck and fished my work as I do always, two days later i received text message from my supervisor saying that two police officers were looking for me and they gave my supervisor an address and they asked him to give it to me.I went to the adress by myself ignoring the reason why the need me ? why they were asking for me ? At the police station i was surprised they said that you tried to kidnap a lady. I spend there one night ,the next day I went to the court. I was in jail for three days.god thanks to My wife and some friends who were able to borrow some money and pay the band set on me.since that day my life took 360 degree turn thanks to allah I’m still facing the life up.
that’s briefly my story. So I’m looking to hire a criminal lawyer asking $ 50.000 to be represented, that is a serious case and serious charges
For all this reasons and for one main reason I don’t wanna do the jail for something i didn't and leave my precious wife and my two beautiful kids.
