hello everyone, this is cello and I am making this for my mom Sofia who was recently involved in a serious hit and run while walking to catch the bus to get to work. We are coming together to support her during one of the most difficult moments of her life. The person who hit her with their vehicle left the scene. She had both her knees, tibia and femur broken, along with tearing all her ligaments. Her pelvis was shattered and caused internal bleeding, thus has left her with significant surgeries and a long road to recovery ahead.

Recently, Sophia, became the primary provider after losing her husband (my dad) back in late 2022. She is now facing overwhelming medical bills, time away from work, and the stress of day to day expenses.
