Not to mention, her car was stolen and totaled by thieves two months ago.

Now, she is a crime victim again.

Citibank has been stonewalling Sofia since she filed her claim, which they recently denied. She is now having to hire a lawyer to pursue the case further. The donations from this GoFundMe will go toward that in addition to the many bills she has to pay.
