Help Sofia Enroll in a Catholic School

Hi, my name is Dina Lopez,

I am raising funds for my eight-year-old niece Sofia who arrived in Boston with her mother on July 11th, 2022, from Ibagué, Colombia. Sofia is a highly dedicated, intelligent, and accomplished student who wishes to continue her studies in the Catholic School system in the U.S. Unfortunately, in Massachusetts, there is a yearly tuition fee of $6,900.00 if you want to enroll your child in a Catholic school. With your assistance, we hope to raise enough money to register my niece in a Catholic school in September. This GoFundMe campaign will allow Sofia to keep her Christian values, continue her spiritual growth and, most importantly, help her have a smooth transition into her new life in the U.S. The long-term plan is for her mother to find a job so she can continue supporting Sofia. As well as applying for scholarships and grants through the Catholic School board so she can continue her studies in the Catholic system until she graduates and goes to College.
