Help Sofia Adu-Menkah Get a Kidney Transplant

Hello, Sofia is a beloved mother, sister, aunt and cousin. She's been having problems for years and now both of her kidneys are in end-stage kidney failure. She currently resides in Ghana and she has to travel to India for a kidney transplant. Her family has been supporting her through out all the treatments for her kidney and this is our last resort.
