My dear friend Soeuraya Wilson, who many of you know and love as well, needs our help right now. She’s known for her oversized heart and she did a beautiful thing when she fostered her dog baby Petunia, delivered her litter at home, and kept one of the puppies who became instantly and lovingly known as Moo Cow Wilson. Moo Cow is a part of our tribe now and is in urgent need of our assistance - she has pyometra, an infection in her uterus and needs emergency surgery to remove it.

The surgery to remove her uterus and cure the infection is just under $5,000 and Soeuraya has already been hit with a host of veterinary bills (most recently a corn cob ingested by Petunia that cost a pretty penny) and I would love it if we could come together and help her out with this. She’s a teacher to many of us, friend to even more of us, but right now, she needs to be a mother to her two precious girl puppies.
