Socks has been my loyal companion for the last 6 years, he has been with me in the hardest times and helped me through everything.

On Sunday 1/25, I noticed Socks was irritated throughout the day. On Monday 1/26, Socks threw up about 4 times throughout the day and stopped eating, drinking water, and using the restroom - he was still moving around so I wanted to give him a day to see if it was just a stomach ache that would pass. On Tuesday 1/27, he got worse - he stopped moving around and would just shift on the bed and cry out in pain when I pressed his stomach that was really hard, still not eating, drinking water, or using the restroom. I decided to take him to the hospital, they wanted to sedate him to get an in-depth examination but I couldn’t afford it, so they gave him fluids to hydrate him and sent him home with pain medication.

I love my cat so much and want nothing more than to get him his treatment for his recovery. Any funds raised will go directly toward further exams, treatments, and medications to help Socks get better. I would appreciate any amount you can give. Socks has helped me through the hardest times, and I want to get him help as soon as possible.
