Help Snow the Chow Chow!

Hello, we are the owners of Snow the Chow Chow. Chow Chows sometimes get a bad rap for being an aggressive dog breed, but our Snow is as sweet as can be. We rescued her from Thorse Dog Rescue approximately 5 years ago. At the time, she was in pretty bad shape, and needed lots of TLC that included a proper diet, many one-on-one behavioral visits, and lots of training.

Now there is lots of things she loves, like her bunny sisters, car rides, napping, and yes, SNOW! Her dad has a chronic illness so she spends a lot of time at home with him. Him and her are BFFs and sometimes she comes before her Mom (like on car rides when Mom has to sit in the back seat...). She is definitely an emotional support dog to her dad who is on disability.

Recently Snow was brought into the vet for what we thought was a viral infection. After several vet visits with our regular vet and an internal medicine vet, she was diagnosed with lymphoma. Snow had had to get many x-rays, a CT scan, several medications, and now will need to see an oncologist to discuss what treatment options are available.

Will you help us support Snow by giving her the best options for medical treatment? Not only is your support helping Snow, it is also helping to erase the bad name that Chow Chows can get, showing the world that Chow Chows can be family dogs with the right attention and care.
