Help Snickers Get Urgent Vet Care For Hernia

Hi!! so for the past month, my mother's dog, Snickers, has been having a terrible terrible hernia, yelping and in pain, and we don't have the money too bring him to the vet to even get it checked out, so please, even a little bit of money would be a massive help!!! thank you in advance!!
