In 2023, my wife and I took a leap of faith and started a smoothie food truck business, Smoothie Express Mobile, to pursue something we truly love—making high-quality food and drinks, traveling to new places, and connecting with the community. What began as a small dream quickly became a meaningful part of our lives. Through this journey, we’ve built friendships with other small business owners and customers who share the same passion and dedication.

On April 24th, 2026, while working at an event, a fire broke out and severely damaged our food truck, leaving it inoperable for the foreseeable future. This truck is our livelihood, and we depend on this business to support our family. As you can imagine, the sudden loss has been incredibly difficult both emotionally and financially.

We are raising funds to help cover repair and recovery costs so we can get back on our feet and continue doing what we love. A contribution of any amount will make a meaningful difference and bring us one step closer to reopening our business and returning to the community that we love being a part of.
