**Help Smita Recover After a Serious Car Accident**

Smita Sigdel, a 21-year-old international student from Nepal, is currently studying at Saint Cloud State University. A nursing major in her junior year, Smita is dedicated to helping others and making a difference in her community.

On July 25, Smita was involved in a serious multi-car crash in Ralls County, Missouri. She sustained critical injuries and was airlifted from the scene to a hospital in St. Louis, where she is now receiving intensive medical care, including multiple surgeries.

Smita’s journey in the United States has always been marked by her hard work, resilience, and deep involvement with the Nepalese Student Association at SCSU. Now, she faces the enormous challenge of recovering far from home—without her family by her side.
