My name is Melinda. I am trying to get help with medical expenses for my beloved dog, Smartie. I adopted him from the shelter last year. He is my baby. Last night, we noticed the right side of his face was swollen. He has bad teeth and one is infected. Times are so hard right now; that's why I am coming here and I'm asking for any help.
