Skylar is my pitbull puppy, and I got her just three months ago as a special reward for my daughter, who made honor roll every quarter this year. In such a short time, Skylar has become a beloved part of our family, bringing joy and comfort to us all. She’s especially close to my daughter, and seeing them together has been one of the highlights of our year.

Yesterday, something heartbreaking happened—Skylar was hit by a car, and the driver didn’t stop. Now, she’s unable to walk, and the vet has told me that I need to make a payment before they can do anything to help her. This is my first time facing something like this, and I’m not sure what the total costs will be, but I know that getting her seen by a vet as soon as possible is urgent.
