Hi everyone- Skyla Grace has cherry eye - which is where the tear gland pops out. We were hoping she could live with it but she now needs surgery to remove it because it protrudes so far it keeps getting cut and now it’s very badly infected. She can’t wear a cone because to have one wide enough for her neck, it’s too long for her to walk with. She’s on antibiotics and pain meds. Cody has anterior lens luxation in his right eye which means the lens of his eye slips through his iris and locates itself on the outside. It’s painful and he’s gone 80% blind because now his left eye seems like it’s doing the same thing. In addition, we’re having weekly vet visits to check his blood sugar as we try to get his diabetes regulated. He’s got an appointment at an eye specialist this Wednesday. I’ve spent nearly $900 on the two of them in the past month and I just don’t have a whole lot right now. I really despise asking for help - but if you could share this campaign and send my love bugs love and prayers we would be so grateful. Thank you friends ❤️
