Sky is a student at my school who recently shared her story with me during recess. She explained that she and her family have been living in an RV, but after losing the key, the RV was towed from the hospital while her mother was in labor. Since then, Sky has had to sleep in a car, which has been incredibly uncomfortable, though her father was able to get a hotel room for one night. Sky only has a small bag of clothes, and with her newborn sibling still in the hospital due to complications at birth, her family is facing many challenges.

While I wish I could help with their living situation, I want to focus on making sure Sky has a Christmas to remember. She has likely never experienced the holiday she dreams of, and I would love to give her that joy. When I asked her what she would like, she simply requested a few stuffed animals, showing her incredible spirit and resilience. With your help, I hope to provide her with gifts, clothing, new shoes, and other essentials to make this season special.
