Help Skky and Joel Rebuild After Disaster

Hi my name is Teresa Barnett my granddaughter Skky and her boyfriend Joel lost everything in this terrible disaster that has hit millions of people. They both lost their cars. Joel lost the home he has rented for the past 5 years I am asking for anything that anyone can help with they both are going to have to buy cars, clothes etc unfortunately he did not have renters insurance.
