Help San Jose American Little League Replace Our Stolen Field Tractor

San Jose American Little League (SJALL) saved for many years to purchase a field tractor in 2019—an investment that transformed how we cared for our fields and supported our players. Sadly, at the end of October, after spending thousands of dollars renovating our beloved field, the tractor was stolen from a very secure area at Woodland Field. This loss has deeply impacted our League and, if not replaced by the time or season starts in just over 60 days, it will impact the experience we’re able to provide to our players.

Over the years, this tractor became essential to SJALL operations. It allowed us to maintain the field more efficiently and consistently, improving the quality and safety of practices and games. Tasks that once took hours became simple, helping our volunteers focus more on the kids and less on the heavy labor.

But for many of our players, the tractor was more than just equipment—it was a source of excitement and joy. Kids knew the sound of the engine starting up. They watched their coaches prepare the field, and on the very best days, they might even get a tractor ride. It became part of the heart and spirit of SJALL.

With its disappearance, we are turning to our community for help. We hope to replace this tractor and restore the standard of care our fields—and our players—deserve.
