TLDR: Hi everyone, I’m reaching out to my community to ask for support in rebuilding my life after having everything, including my transportation, taken from me at the hands of an abuser. For FAR too long I have been silenced and endured extensive abuse at the hands of someone I once trusted, IYKYK….

Behind closed doors and even in public, I was subjected to physical, verbal, emotional, and financial abuse. This person offered to help me move from Pennsylvania to Texas at the end of 2022, with every intention to make me dependent on them and subjecting me to relentless torment in the process. This person systematically destroyed my support system, threatened my safety, sabotaged my work and transportation, and isolated me from loved ones. Despite having taken legal action, the harassment persists—leaving me mentally, physically, and financially drained.

This situation has deeply impacted me, but I refuse to let it defeat me. I am hoping with your help I can recoup some of the loss I experienced because of this person (extensive property damage, loss of income, and transportation). One significant hurdle I face is the lack of transportation, which is crucial for my job involving specialized equipment.

Your generosity will provide me with the means to access resources for healing and rebuilding, as well as enable me to pursue opportunities for a better future.
