My name is Sirlene Oliveira da Silva, I am 26 years old and I live in the interior of Acre, in the Amazon region of Brazil.

Recently, I was diagnosed with a Nabothian cyst in my uterus. I urgently need surgery to remove it, as I suffer from heavy bleeding and strong pain.

Unfortunately, I do not have the financial resources to cover the costs of the treatment. I have no income, and my family, with their low income, is unable to support me fully. In my town, Marechal Thaumaturgo, there is no medical treatment available for this condition. Therefore, I need to travel to Rio Branco, where I will have to stay for about three months to complete the treatment.

The total cost is R$8,000. (14.500 sek/ 1260 euro)

The surgery and treatment at the Instituto de Prevenção Hospital de Amor cost R$5,000. (8764 sek/ 784 euro)

Travel and stay in Rio Branco cost around R$3,000. (5270 sek/ 470 euro)

The journey itself is not easy. To leave my town, I must travel all day by a small boat along the Juruá River, which is very dry during this season. From there, I reach Cruzeiro do Sul, and then I take a flight to Rio Branco, where I will remain during the treatment.
