My name is Siris, and I’m reaching out for support during a difficult transition. At the start of the pandemic, I lost my last steady income and had to close my attempt at a self-start business. Since then, I’ve been living on my inheritance and retirement funds while working hard to finish a change of careers. I am now so close to starting my new job, but I’ve run out of funds just as a number of bills have piled up all at once.

Right now, I’m facing urgent vehicle maintenance, training and certification costs, daily living expenses, and credit debts. I’ve been doing everything I can to make ends meet, including trying to sell my belongings, but it hasn’t been enough to cover these sudden expenses. I’m reaching out for help to bridge this final gap so I can get back on my feet and begin my new career. Time is of the essence for me here as I am under contract to start the new job and failing to do so will lead to more debts owed to the company.

Honestly, making this step has been quite embarrassing, but it’s the only way I can make this final push. I am deeply grateful for any support, no matter how small. My hope is to soon be in a position to help others again, including returning to assist the animal rescues I’ve supported over the years.
