Hey y’all! My name is Sipa, I’m 21, and I’ve been living in Memphis for a few years now. I currently live on my own and I was planning on renewing my lease at the complex i currently stay at but they are raising the rent tremendously and I can’t afford it. Luckily, I found a place I love that’s in my price range! The only problem is the deposit is $800 along with first months rent and my lease at my current apartment ends at the end of October. I’m working 2 jobs right now along with running a business from home and yet i still can’t afford an extra $800 within a month, so i decided it would be smart to ask for help.
