Help single mom from Ukraine who escaped the war

Hi, my name is Maria, and I am fundraising for my family who is now refugees that have been displaced by the invasion of Russia.
My sister, Kateryna, is a single mom of 9 years old Anhelina. They lived in a small town near Kharkiv, which you probably heard of a lot from the news recently because Russian armies are constantly bombing these territories trying to occupy them. My sister and my niece fled Ukraine with whatever they could fit in a backpack and are trying to make their way here. Through the Uniting for Ukraine USCIS program, they were approved to come to the United States this upcoming November.
Prior to the war, Kateryna worked as a school vice-principal and taught financial education to high-school students. She has a Master's degree in Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Finance.
My sister plans to find a job and support herself and her daughter as soon as possible. But it will be a couple of months before her work permit is official.
Meanwhile, there are significant expenses involved right from the get-go. Among those are:
- train fare ( Kharkiv - Kyiv, Kyiv - Warsaw, Poland),
- airfare (Warsaw - Paris, Paris - Los Angeles, USA),
- housing (around $1300 rent per month plus deposit),
- transportation,
- furnishing,
- initial household needs,
- phone, internet,
- laptop for my niece for school,
- clothes,
- school and other supplies for Anhelina.
We would be beyond grateful for any donation you can make to this worthy cause, 100% of the funds will be sent to Kateryna and Anhelina.
