Help Single Mom Catch Up on Mortgage

Reaching out to anyone that can please help my dear friend Kari Emore out. She is a very hardworking single mother who has just lost her second job and the structure of her bonus with her other job has changed. Shes got behind in a couple mortgage payments and doing everything she can to catch up.
