I am Samoye, the stepdaughter of Simone, who is the proprietor of the now-demolished SnB Jerk at the YS Falls St. Elizabeth Ja. I seek to assist her in rebuilding.

SnB Jerk and Grill was the livelihood of Simone and Bromley at the spectacular YS Falls, but it has been ravaged by the passage of Hurricane Melissa. It has been her only means of survival. Now, she seeks help to rebuild, to pick up the pieces, and once again serve the public both locally and internationally her sumptuous and succulent jerk meals. Please help her rebuild and restore. She so needs this; I'm appealing to everyone who remembers this lovely, once warm place to not let Melissa make this only a memory.
