My father Simon is an active 52 year old man his passions are cycling, taking care of his family and farm animals in Venezuela. My father suffered an accident on Thursday April the 8th while helping with the construction of his mothers roof. A heavy iron beam fell on his head while being on a ladder which launched him to the ground both causing major head injuries, while Simon was first being treated at the hospital he unfortunately picked up pneumonia sending him into the ICU worsening his condition. Five days later we have received very promising news but his condition is still critical. In the current state of where things stand in Venezuela in which finding medication is almost impossible without mentioning costs-my father Simon and our family need help to sustain all medication costs and all hospital bills which include neurological exams, transportation in ambulance to other hospitals/clinics for these exams. We also do hope that in no time my father can finish his recovery at home without the stress of finances your donations will definitely help alleviate some of those worries. Every donation will be held close to heart!

Mi padre Simón es un atleta de 52 años, sus pasiones son el ciclismo, el cuidado de su familia y sus animales de granja en Venezuela. Mi padre sufrió un accidente el jueves 8 de abril mientras ayudaba con la construcción del techo de su madre. Una pesada viga de hierro cayó sobre su cabeza mientras estaba en una escalera que lo lanzó al suelo y ambos le causaron graves lesiones en la cabeza, mientras que Simon estaba siendo tratado en el hospital, desafortunadamente contrajo una neumonía y lo envió a la UCI, empeorando su condición. Cinco días después hemos recibido noticias muy prometedoras pero su estado sigue siendo crítico. En el estado actual donde las cosas en Venezuela, en el que encontrar medicamentos es casi imposible sin mencionar los costos, mi padre Simon y nuestra familia necesitan ayuda para sustentar todos los costos de los medicamentos y todas las facturas del hospital que incluyen exámenes neurológicos, transporte en ambulancia a otros hospitales / clínicas para estos exámenes. También esperamos que en poco tiempo mi padre pueda terminar su recuperación en casa sin estrés monetario, sus donaciones definitivamente ayudarán a aliviar algunas de esas preocupaciones. ¡Cada donación sera muy significante!
