Help Simeon Bakanec Get to Nationals ⛸️

As parents, we’ve watched Simeon Bakanec grow up in cold rinks skating late into the night, choosing hard work every day because he truly loves this sport. At just 16 years old, that dedication has earned him a place at the 2026 Skate Canada Trophy National Championships, proudly representing Team Saskatchewan.

Simeon is the Only Novice Men’s skater in Saskatchewan to qualify for Nationals. Not only has he qualified on his own as a single skater. Not only has he qualified for nationals as a single skater, he and his partner Olivia Jones are the Only Pre-Novice Dance team qualified to represent Saskatchewan at this competition. Competing at this level comes with significant travel, training, coaching, and competition costs, and your support helps ensure finances don’t stand in the way of this Huge opportunity.

Your support helps turn years of sacrifice into a moment that could shape his future forever.
