Help Simba stay home and get better, aidez Simba

Hi my name is Johanne and I am trying to raise money for my dog Simba. 3 weeks ago Simba did not want to eat for two days and was throwing up but was always drinking water. I decide on the Saturday night it was time to see a doctor. I brought Simba in and after a consultation the doctor concluded a gastro. They gave me medication for 7 days. First visit 500$

I brought Simba home with medication and he was very weak and tired and did not want to eat , still always drinking water. He stopped vomiting for a few days and then started having really bad diarrhea, I again brought him to the emergency. They then told me he was becoming dehydrated and they did several blood tests and an ultrasound because he was reacting to abdominal pain.. they told me he also had a pancreatitis as well! They then suggested as he was not eating and having diarrhea that we insert a feeding tube and an IV to hydrate him. They told me he has to stay the night, obviously at this point I am not taking him home. They called the next day to say that Simba was still not eating and he had to stay an additional night and day (700$) a night. I brought Simba in on November 5th and got him back November 9th, he spent 5 days and 4 nights. After multiple exams and blood tests they told me it would be a good idea to try him at home because as he had a tube in his nose feeding him he was not likely to eat while in the hospital. After getting a whole list of 10 medications and a dog that was still not eating and still very weak we went home. Simba’s stay at the intensive care unit cost me 6500$ and he was still very sick at this point. I stayed home with Simba as he had to take pills every day at 7:00am-8:00am-4:00pm-8:00pm and at midnight as well. He has started to eat on his own but at a very slow pace, he is slowly coming back to me but still requires a lot of exams and care. They cannot really ever tell you what the cause is or how long for your dog to get better, no guarantee. I went back for Simba today for a follow up and they requested blood tests and hematology exams. Our visit costed 700$ and I still have to continue medication to prevent him from having liver damage and to make sure he does not have vomiting or diarrhea. He is slowly progressing but we have another appointment in two weeks. Salut , je m’appelle Johanne et j’essaye de ramasser de l’argent pour mon chien Simba. Ça fait 3 semaines Simba se sentait vraiment pas bien, il ne voulait pas manger et il vomissait mais buvait de l’eau. J’ai décidé le samedi soir de l’amener à l’urgence. Après consultations ils m’on dit c’était clairement une gastro-entérite. Je suis parti avec des médicaments, une facture de 500$

J’ai ramener Simba à la maison mais il était encore très faible et voulais pas manger mais buvait encore de l’eau. Il a arrêté de vomir quelque jours mais à ensuite commencer la diarrhea vraiment terrible. Je l’ai ramené à l’urgence . Ils m’on dit qu’il commençait à déshydrater et il mangeait pas. Donc après des prises de sang et une échographie il m’on dit qu’il fallait un tube dans le nez pour le nourrir et un tube dans le bras pour l’hydrater. Il avait aussi trouver une pancréatite à rajouter à la gastro! Simba à rester la nuit. Le lendemain ils m’on appeler pour dire que Simba mangeait toujours pas et avait encore la diarrhée donc il fallait une autre nuit. Je l’ai rentré à l’urgence le 5 novembre et le 9 novembre ils m’on suggéré d’essayer à la maison vu qu’il voulait encore pas manger par la bouche. Il a passé 5 jours, 4 nuits et je repartais avec un gros sac de 10 médicaments et un chien qui était super faible. Pour ces nuits aux soins intensifs j’ai déboursé 6500$ pour guérir Simba. Il fallait je reste avec lui car ces médicaments sont à 7:00am-8:00am-4:00pm-8:00pm et à minuit. Il a tranquillement recommencé à manger par lui même à la maison , il revient tranquillement mais à encore besoin de soins et médicaments. Ils peuvent jamais te garantir que tu vas sauver ton chien mais j’essaye, Simba à seulement 5 ans et était super en forme! Je suis retourné aujourd’hui avec Simba pour d’autres prise de sang après 7 jours et des examens d’hématologie, ça nous a encore coûté 700$ et j’ai encore des médicaments à continuer pour assurer que son foie seras pas endommagé à cause de la gastro et la pancréatite en même temps. Des progressions lentes, mais il progresse pareil. N’importe quel contribution serait grandement apprécié ❤️ Merci à tout le monde d’avance qui vont prendre le temps de lire et d’essayer d’aider ❤️
