Anyone who has ever met Simba knows what a light she is, and I am so sad to say the sweetest softest sassiest girl to ever walk the earth has recently fallen into some health issues. She has been struggling to eat and after braving a long and scary trip at the ER we discovered it is lymphoma. This is not at all what we were expecting, but after a weekend in the ER and her first round of chemo, she is home and starting to eat more and has a desire to be active. I credit this to her strength and perseverance but also I know the chemo is playing its role as well. As long as it is working, she will go for weekly chemo treatments at BEVS. Vet care is so incredibly important and beneficial but the bills become overwhelming very fast. I don’t want anyone to feel obligated to give, but would be so appreciative if you could just keep her in your thoughts and send her positive vibes
