Help my dog be able to be fully active again.

This is my dog Simba.
He started limping on his right back leg a few weeks ago. I thought it would go away shortly however it just got worse. I took him to the vet and after 2 visits it turns out that he completely tore his back right leg CCL (ACL on humans).
He is a very active pup and has been trying to get along with 3 legs. I try to keep him from moving around much but you know how active dogs are!
The vet I took him to recommended he get TPLO surgery to repair his tendons. They also told me I should get it done very soon to avoid more pain and complications including full amputation of that leg and arthritis and damage to his other legs.
The veterinary surgery clinic they sent me to is CVSG They have estimated the cost between $4100 and $4350.
I am struggling financially right now with limited employment and Christmas/ kids birthdays and cannot afford the surgery fully.
If you can contribute ANY amount that would be such a help.
I am just praying for him that he with be healthy again to run with his friends and older Brother Jet.
